A group for everyone.

IJNM organizes members into focused groups by stage of life. Every group is led by a Minister, supported by an Assistant Minister, and shaped for who’s in it.

Training Groups

Beyond worship groups, IJNM runs dedicated training sessions to develop Ministers, Assistant Ministers, and Evangelists — men and women alike.

Ministry Training

For those pursuing or currently serving in Ministry roles — Ministers and those discerning a call to lead.

Assistant Minister Training

Equipping Male and Female Assistant Ministers to assist Ministers, lead in preaching, and shepherd Members.

Evangelist Training

Preparing Evangelists to visit churches locally and regionally, spreading the Gospel beyond our walls.

General Training

Open discipleship training for all members — covering biblical foundations, service, and spiritual growth.

How Groups Work

Group Structure

Every IJNM small group follows the same simple, biblical structure — led by a Minister, supported by an Assistant Minister (or a few), and made up of members who are actively growing.

Minister

Leads the group in worship, preaching, and accountability. Male or female, matched to the group. Assisted by an Assistant Minister.

Assistant Minister

Supports the Minister, assists in preaching, and shepherds individual Members. Every group has one Assistant Minister, or a few Assistants.

Members

Up to 12 members per group — gathered to study, worship, grow, and serve one another in Christ's name.

Daily Meeting Format

All IJNM groups follow a standard daily time block structure. Each session is 2 hours with breaks between — allowing multiple groups to meet throughout the day without conflict.

* Summer schedule is extended — additional sessions may be added during summer months.

Meeting Locations

Where We Gather

IJNM meets wherever the community can gather — no building is too small or too humble for the Lord's presence.

Home Churches

Many groups meet in the homes of members — keeping worship personal, accessible, and community-centered.

Ministry Buildings

Locally built and locally funded only. Ministry Buildings are shared regional hubs where multiple home churches gather for training, larger meetings, and services. Never owned by outside institutions.

Rented Venues

When a permanent space isn't yet available, groups rent community rooms, halls, or other spaces to gather faithfully.

Once a Month

The All-Ministry Meeting

Once a month, the whole network comes together for the All-Ministry meeting — the heartbeat of IJNM, where home churches stop being islands and become one body. We worship, train, share what God is doing, and plan together.

Every Member, Ally, and Minister is asked to attend at least one All-Ministry meeting each month. It's the moment the movement gathers as one.
